Government of Malawi Releases Statement on Online Learning

The Government of Malawi ordered closure of all learning institutions on 23rd March 2020 to control the spread of Covid-19 and encouraged institutions to explore alternative means of teaching and learning.
To address emerging challenges of online learning, especially in higher education, the government has released an official statement addressing its stand on online learning. Among other things, the government makes recommendations to ensure institutions maintain quality of their education programmes.
