MZUNU to Run Workshops on Customer Service and Information and Communication for Public Reforms

Mzuzu University will run two (2) training workshops on Customer Service Management and Information and Communication for Achieving Public Sector Reforms scheduled for 23rd and 25th May 202, respectively.
1. Workshop on Customer Service Management
The aim of this training is to empower participants with customer service experience that enables them to provide effective solutions to problems that arise in the course of offering customer services.
Target Group
This highly interactive training is appropriate for Sales & Marketing staff, hotel employees, librarians and library assistants, receptionists/switchboard operators, shop attendants, gas filling station attendants, customer care agents, public relations officers, sales representatives, secretaries, travel agents and tour operators, utility provider front officers.

Fee and registration
The registration fee for the 4-day training is MWK250,000.00 per participant. This will cover training materials, lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments. Participants will cater for their own accommodation, meals and transport. Participants are encouraged to bring personal laptops.

2. Workshop on Information and Communication as Catalysts for Achieving Public Sector Reforms
The aim of this training is to develop skills of key personnel in handling and disseminating information to ensure that they are well equipped to support the public sector reform agenda.
Target Group
Public relations officers, information officers, communications officers/managers, human resource officers/managers, knowledge managers and other officers whose jobs are related to communication and information management.

Dates: 25th - 28th April, 2022 (4 days)
Venue: Grand Palace Hotel, Mzuzu
Mode of Delivery: The training integrates theory and practice.
Fees: MWK300,000.00 per participant. This will cover cost of training materials, morning and afternoon refreshments and lunch.
