NCHE Opens Up Regulation for Legal Education

National Council for Higher Education (NCHE) in conjunction with the Malawi Council of Legal Education (MCLE ) has opened up provision of legal education to all higher education institutions in Malawi in line with the enacted Legal Education and Legal Practitioners Act of 2017. All existing and aspiring legal education providers shall be required to meet specific accreditation and quality standards.
